We provide four levels of technical support:
Level 1 All of the major security components sold by A&E Home Security Company come complete with installation and/or programming instructions. These instructions are mailed with your order and are included on the site in the form of PDFs which you can view before you purchase.
Level 2 Free of charge, we also provide an excellent manual by Sentrol Corporation called "Application Notes." This documents provides a wealth of information and illustrations on installing security components. View the Application Notes in pdf format now.
Level 3 With any purchase, we provide access to our proprietary Knowledge Base that contains wiring and installation tips, as well as step-by-step programming instructions.
Level 4 Live Technical Support
