Return & Repair Info

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason after inspecting your order, simply return item or items within 30 days in resalable physical condition, shipping cost prepaid, for a prompt refund. Please enclose a letter explaining the problem to Customer Service Department, A&E Home Security Company, P.O. Box 12294, Silver Spring, MD 20908

For 24 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge or, if reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, the A&E Home Security Company may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund. Batteries are not warranted. To obtain warranty service, write, e-mail or phone for return authorization, then return product, shipping cost prepaid, in resalable physical condition to Customer Service Department, A&E Home Security Company, P.O. Box 12294, Silver Spring, MD 20908. Please enclose letter explaining the problem.

In the event that a product requires repair after two years from receipt of order, A&E will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling. Please contact the Customer Service Department, A&E Home Security Company, P.O. Box 12294, Silver Spring, MD 20908 for details.
